What’s included in photo booth hire?

If you’ve started looking into photo booth hire, you’ve probably noticed that packages can look wildly different from one supplier to the next. Some are super minimal, others are more all-in and it’s not always obvious what you’re actually getting.

So instead of comparing providers, I thought it would be more helpful to explain what we include as standard in all of our booth packages (classic, glam and magazine) and why those things matter for the overall experience on the night.


Three hours of booth time

All of our packages include three hours of booth time, which is usually the sweet spot. It gives guests plenty of time to jump in and out throughout the evening without it feeling rushed or overwhelming.

It also means the booth becomes part of the flow of the event, rather than a quick novelty that disappears too soon.


Unlimited instant prints (for everyone in the photo)

This is a big one for us.

Every guest in the photo gets their own print. Every time. No limits, no awkward moments, no deciding who takes it home. It keeps things simple and makes the whole experience feel generous and relaxed.

It’s one of those details guests really notice and appreciate.


Personalised print templates

Your prints aren’t generic. Each design is personalised with names, dates, and colours to suit your event, so the photos feel like they actually belong to the day rather than something off-the-shelf.

It’s a small touch, but it makes the keepsakes feel intentional.


A proper guestbook experience

Every package includes an A4 deluxe guestbook, and it’s more than just a book left on a table.

Our booth assistant helps guests add a copy of their photo alongside a handwritten message, creating a guestbook that’s full, thoughtful, and genuinely fun to look back through. A full extra set of prints is included just for this, so nothing feels rushed or skimmed over.

It often ends up being one of the most meaningful things couples take away from the day.


Digital files (properly delivered)

All digital images are included as standard.

Guests can access photos instantly via a live online gallery, with free downloads and easy sharing. There’s also a USB provided with all images in high resolution and not just the print layout, but the individual photo files.

So you’ve got everything, both on the night and afterwards.


Professional studio lighting

Lighting makes more difference than most people realise. Our booths use professional studio lighting to create clean, flattering, editorial-style images – consistent, well-lit, and timeless.

It’s a big part of why the photos look the way they do.


A dedicated booth assistant

There’s always a friendly booth assistant on hand to run everything smoothly. They help guests, manage the guestbook, keep things moving, and make sure the booth is being used exactly as it should be.

It means you don’t have to think about it at all and you can just enjoy your event.


Set up, break down & travel

We take care of the full setup and pack down, and all packages include travel within 50 miles of Leamington Spa. Again, it’s about keeping things easy and stress-free.


A helpful tip when comparing suppliers

When you’re looking at different options, it can help to ask:

  • Does everyone in the photo get a print?
  • Is a guestbook included, and is it actually managed on the night?
  • Are digital files included in full resolution?
  • Is there someone there to run the booth, or is it unattended?
